Discover the Zecchini Method, a unique path of training and technical analysis developed over more than 10 years of world-class competition — the approach that led Alessia Zecchini to achieve 40 world records and currently hold 3 out of 4 world records in deep freediving (123 m CWT, 113 m CWTB, 104 m FIM).

This high-level educational experience is designed for athletes, coaches, and experienced freedivers, where Alessia will share both her competitive and teaching expertise (she also holds a degree in Sports Science from the University of Rome).

• Principles and pillars of the Zecchini Method (body, mind, technique)

• Training methodology and programming for depth diving

• Technical and pool training (25 m pool) for depth preparation

• Key dry exercises for strength and endurance (gym)

• Stretching, elasticity, and flexibility routines (gym)

• Analysis of deep performance phases

• Building the athlete–coach relationship

PROGRAM – JANUARY 25th 2026

CET 8:30 – 18:30 (total 10 hours of high-level training)
📍 Location: University of Pavia (Sports Science) & Campus Aquae Pavia (pool + gym)

• 6 h theoretical sessions

• 2 h pool practice (25 m pool)

• 2 h gym practice

The masterclass will be held in Italian for a small group of selected athletes and coaches.
To make this experience accessible to everyone, the entire event will be broadcast live online with simultaneous English translation.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION​

• Access to all sessions via live streaming (classroom, pool, gym)

• Simultaneous English translation throughout the entire event

• Access to the recording of the full masterclass (copyright-protected, available for a limited time; downloading or reproducing content without written permission is strictly forbidden)

• Opportunity to submit up to 2 questions the day after the event via a Customer Satisfaction form — Alessia will answer the most relevant questions through a video published within 10 days after the masterclass
